LA1: Use research methods to gather material: Qualitative interview

Summery of the survey results

When i carried out my paper survey i mainly asked questions aimed at teenagers. Such as i asked, favorite movie, favorite actor, least favorite movie and a hand full of other questions.


After i carried out my paper interview i reviewed the results and made an online survey with a website called survey monkey. These questions are made so that people can give a more detailed answer so that it helps me gather more information.

For this task i wanted to gather basic information using a quantitative questionnaire with multiple choice questions. After creating the questionnaires and handing them out to the class i could see the difference with how people enjoy movies and TV shows. Such as, i could look at the data i collected and see that most people did didn't go to the cinema a lot because of this result most people chose that they prefer watching Netflix than going to the cinema. I think this type of research is very effective because you can gather useful information through a simple technique.
