What techniques can be used to conduct research?
You could use libraries to gather basic information about the history of a product, this research method is good secondary for gathering information fast and easy. Using the internet could also be used as a research method but using the internet can give you a lot more information you might not be able to find in a library, i also carried out paper interviews which is another primary research method. I used a website called surveymonkey.com which i handed out to my class and reviewed there results because it would help me decide what questions to ask in the next focus group interviews i carried out.
You might keep an information trail to use as evidence such as, you can keep previous research you have carried to show that you have completed the work. You may use a powerpoint, a blog or a website to keep track of this, if you use a blog other people will be able to access this work.
